Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Vureli service, available at vureli.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Vureli is operated by Sevolin AI, the company responsible for the product.

Vureli is a voice-based English coaching platform that uses artificial intelligence to transcribe, analyze, and provide real-time corrections. The service is offered in Free and Pro tiers, as described on the pricing page.

To use Vureli, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The free tier offers 10 minutes of practice per day. Additional practice time can be purchased as minute packs. Pack sizes and prices are described on the pricing page and may be changed with 30 days' prior notice.

Minute pack purchases are one-time payments processed by our payment provider. Purchased minutes do not expire. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method on file.

Unused minutes may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting support. Partial refunds for partially used packs are not provided, except where required by law or at the discretion of Sevolin AI.

You agree not to use Vureli to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Submit offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content;
• Attempt to access other users' systems or data;
• Reverse-engineer or reproduce the service;
• Use bots or automation to circumvent usage limits.

Sevolin AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.

All content within Vureli — including the brand, interface, text, and technology — is the property of Sevolin AI or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the user.

Audio recordings and transcriptions generated during your sessions belong to you. Sevolin AI may use them in aggregated, anonymized form to improve the service.

Vureli is provided "as is." Sevolin AI does not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or free of errors. In no event shall Sevolin AI be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Sevolin AI may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 15 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the user resides.
