Vureli (vureli.com) is a service operated by Sevolin AI. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.

We collect the following data when you use Vureli:

• Account data: your name and email address provided at registration.
• Usage data: sessions completed, duration, audio transcriptions, and generated coaching responses.
• Payment data: processed directly by Paddle. Sevolin AI does not store credit card information.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and access logs, collected automatically.

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the Vureli service;
• Authenticate your account and ensure security;
• Process payments and manage subscriptions;
• Send service communications (updates, account alerts);
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
• Analyze usage patterns in aggregated, anonymized form to improve the platform.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance — to deliver the service you signed up for;
• Consent — for marketing communications (you may withdraw at any time);
• Legitimate interest — for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement;
• Legal obligation — when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:

• Paddle — our payment processor, acting as Merchant of Record, with its own privacy policy;
• Supabase — database and authentication provider, with encryption at rest;
• OpenAI — for audio processing and coaching generation, subject to OpenAI's terms of use;
• Government or judicial authorities, when required by law.

All third parties are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the authorized purposes.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account cancellation or deletion, identifiable personal data is deleted within 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. financial records, retained for 5 years).

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and monitoring for suspicious activity. No system is 100% secure; in the event of a breach affecting your data, you will be notified within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Some of our service providers (Supabase, OpenAI, Paddle) may store or process data on servers outside your country. In such cases, we ensure that transfers take place with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or recognized adequacy frameworks.

Vureli is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided data without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.

This Policy may be updated periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Vureli after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
