If you subscribe to the Pro plan and are not satisfied, we offer a full refund within the first 30 days of your initial charge. No questions asked.
To request a refund within this period, simply email us at suporte@vureli.com with the subject line "Refund". We will process your request within 5 business days.
Minute Pack Purchases
Minute packs are one-time purchases. Purchased minutes do not expire and are credited to your account immediately. There are no recurring charges.
Payment Processing
Vureli payments are processed by our payment provider. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Outside the Guarantee Period
Refund requests made after the initial 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our support team — we will do our best to find a fair solution.
